UK Greetings took the Gold Award for Best Customer Service to Retailers.

This year's Henries awards were judged by a panel including buyers from John Lewis, Paperchase, Scribbler, WH Smith, Clintons, Tesco and other top card retailers and the Henries Awards Finalists for 2012 were announced in July. The finalists of these greeting cards Oscars were chosen from over 14,000 entries.

Named after Sir Henry Cole (who introduced the first commercially produced Christmas card over 160 years ago), The Henries were introduced by Progressive Greetings Worldwide magazine in 1996 as annual awards to shine the spotlight on greeting card ranges.

I am extremely grateful to i2i Events, the organisers of Spring Fair and Autumn Fair, who kindly invited me as their guest to this year's prestigious event.
